If there are electric locks, the armrest will have to be removed by loosening the screw on the bottom. Then the door panel can be removed by loosening the 8 clips holding it to the door frame.

To remove the drivers side window and regulator, you will need to remove the door panel from the door. Then you can unbolt the regulator and window to remove them. I'd recommend loosely attaching the next two screws to the top of your screwdriver with some painter's tape or duct tape so that they don't fall down in to the back side of the door panel. Line Up Plastic Cover. Replace Bottom Edge T Line up the friction fasteners on the rear of the plastic cover above the storage pocket and push it back in to place.

I am coming from an angle of a guy that knows very little about how to fix anything. I always say " put a tool in my hand and my IQ drops 50 points".

But what got me looking at doing this job myself was the video put out by A1 on how to replace the Door Lock Actuator, which ultimately lead me to their website and finding that the part I got was cheaper than anywhere else I looked.

Only criticism was that maybe the part took a little longer to get but it went from East coast to West coast just after Christmas. It a good part for the price. It made my door work like new again.
